		<description>I saw that also. The houses were in crap condition, but that is not the point. Landlords that hold on to thier properties and let them rot, until a big scool fund comes in or a developer comes by and dangles loadss of cash for their delapidation is not the way we should be allowing the free market to play. The city must get tough on rotting houses for preservation of Neighborhoods. This is a big disappointment.
