		<description>foundation is too close to property line.  It is only 2&#039; 10&quot;.  Once again Gamino is pulling some SH**! the new distance is five feet...they are less than the old 3.1&#039;.  Hope the city will do something but don&#039;t have much faith!</description>

		<description>Looks like he&#039;s going to duplicate phase one. It&#039;s still open for debate who has tarnished Oregon Hill the most Gammino or Traylor. Both have little to no taste or sensitivity to the neighborhood. Just awful infill.</description>

I would be a little po&#039;d had I just paid $300,000 for a home where the windows for phase two will overlook phase one.  As a former OH resident said  to me last week gamino has no style much less class.  Ever notice how he is never with friends?</description>
