I would be curious to know how many of Richmond’s homeless are truly Richmond’s and how many come here simply because our policies have made it an easy City to be homeless in? I wish all the best for this park but Paul is right.. without dealing with the homeless issue that would be $6 million taxpayer dollars down the drain.

the coment i would be curious is negative and destuctive with its sourse and purpose to say anything like that at all. curiouity killed the cat, eh pilgrim? after the 6 mil is spent the the homeless party will pick up it left off.
