I am looking forward to using this new bridge.
But I must admit, when I first saw the all the construction equipment and building materials a few months ago, I was like, “O-M-G! Is Dominion really building office space there?! The outrage! Did they schmooze up to city council and get a building permit without going through the proper channels?! How dare they!”
