ANDERSON, Deborah Kay, passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2014, after losing a battle. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband, Herbert Marshall “Marty” McCauley Jr.; her daughter, Julia Kay Crouch; her son, John William Crouch IV; her mother, Juanita Anderson; five sisters, Christine Thompson, Theresa Azvcena, Anita Lipford, Brenda Anderson and her favorite, Sista Sue; a brother, Gregory Anderson; lots of nieces, nephews and cousins; and devoted friends, Peggy Friedenberg, Mariam Lancaster, Diane Smith, Nora Tompson, Darlin Tyler and Cathy Walker. Debbie was a STRONG woman.

  1. I was very sad posting this. Debbie had grown up in Oregon Hill. I met her after she decided to move back into the neighborhood. She volunteered with OHNA. I enjoyed her humor and insight. I was very happy for her and Marty when they got married. She will be very missed.
