The Byrd House Market at William Byrd Community House are having a Holiday Food and Craft Show on Saturday, December 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We are looking for diverse, creative crafters and food makers of all ages and levels to provide a unique shopping experience for our community.
Attached is an application for vendors with details and fees. You are encouraged to apply and enjoy interacting with our wonderful community in the welcoming, caring atmosphere that the WBCH has fostered for over 80 years.
We will be publicizing the event in all local community and media calendars and sending announcements to the BHM and WBCH mailing lists. The show will include handmade and homemade craft and food products only (no resold products or franchises). There will be crafters of all levels and children and family crafters are encouraged to apply. All vendors will be asked to provide one item for a raffle, which will be drawn on the half hour.

Byrd House Market tomorrow!
Most people consider an heirloom something special, to be held dear. Our growers would agree with you. Their heirloom veggies are grown from seeds of varieties from bygone days — before industrialized farming made every tomato identical and tasteless. Classical guitarist Alexander Rodriguez will also be reminding us of days gone by with his beautiful Baroque music. Great food, great music, and great friends are, historically speaking, the best combination.

Nate’s Tacos & more at tomorrow’s Byrd House Market
This week in addition to Flynn’s garlic fries, we have Nate’s Tacos. Here is what some have said about Nate on the net: “Incredible! I highly suggest you take any chance you get to have one of Nate’s tacos.” - Nathan Hughes, Richmond Business and Commercial News. “Whatever his secret is, the stuff he serves is delicious and served with a Cheshire cat’s smile.” - Jason Guard, Camelized Opinions

Byrd House Market invites you to become a locavore
Do you know what a locavore is? No, it is not someone who eats trains. A locavore is someone who helps cut down on greenhouse gases by buying food that is local and not trucked in from far away. Do your part by shopping at the Byrd House Market.
