News For Oregon Hill, in Richmond, VA
This motorist had their lights off and accelerated into our group of cyclists heading towards Vcu on Cherry. We all were able to safely move out of the way but it was a close call and terrifying. The cop turned their lights on and then sped after them and was almost T-boned by another car. This chase could have been fatal for so many. I hope no one was hurt.
