I am assuming this is (or maybe, was, at this point) some guerrilla installation art for Monroe Park. Speaking of which, Oregon Hill resident Todd Woodson was re-appointed to the City’s Monroe Park Advisory Committee at City Council last night.

Congratulations, Todd! You did a wonderful thing by getting the Monroe Park Advisory Council reactivated. You have really turned that park around, including getting the fountain restored, and flowers planted. It is no longer used as a parking lot!
