Pine Street neighbor and Dominion employee Stephenie Harrington has secured a small grant from Dominion Energy to support Oregon Hill neighborhood clean-up events and ongoing efforts to keep the sidewalks and alleys improved. Two dates have been planned so far, September 21 (Dominion volunteers are coming) and September 23 (VCU volunteers are coming).
