Also let Senator Watkins know that you support S.B. 1280 which would place restrictions of fox pens. They this is an inhumane and cruel practice where hounds, sometimes hundreds at a time, are set on foxes in a penned enclosure. Our Senator Watkins did not support S.B. 1280 at the Agriculture Committee hearing.
The Senate will hear the House version of SB1138 again, just got word from Senator McEachin and he said he would continue to oppose it.
